‘Artistic Performances’ is Doing Business As ‘Creative Performances’. Artistic Performances Inc. EIN No: 92-0792027 and is 501(C)3 approved.
Creative Performances started as a sole-proprietary company registered in NYC on January 28, 2015, to help Sangeeta Yesley produce and create new projects supporting the emerging and established dancers and performing artists by providing opportunity to showcase their work and help them progress in their creative career.
In November 2021, Sangeeta incorporated the organization under the name of ‘Artistic Performances Inc.’, as a not-for-profit corporation in NY State.
Creative Performances’ mission is to provide an opportunity for dancers of all genres to help them showcase their work in New York City. In addition, Creative Performances seeks to create further appreciation by developing projects to explore relationships between dance and other art forms. And aims to foster appreciation through interdisciplinary dance projects that address important topics, including the betterment of society.
Donations made to Creative Performances is fully tax-deductible.

Jacob Eliosoff is a tech entrepreneur based in NYC. He grew up in Montreal and has worked at startups, as a university lecturer, at Goldman Sachs as a financial software developer, and now runs a small cryptocurrency investment fund. He is active in a wide range of nonprofit work and has served on the boards of four nonprofits, including The Humane League, a charity that works to end abusive conditions for factory-farmed chickens.

Eva Perez de Vega is an architect, designer and educator. She holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the University of Madrid, School of Advanced Architecture (ETSAM), a Masters in Philosophy from the New School For Social Research, and currently in the PhD in Philosophy program. Prior to establishing e+i studio, Eva was lead design architect at Reiser + Umemoto, RUR Architecture PC. She teaches architecture and design at Parsons the New School For Design since 2004, and is professor of architecture Pratt Institute School of Architecture. She has previously taught at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton School of Architecture. Originally from Rome, Italy, she has been in New York City since 2001.
Creative Performances projects are:
NYC Drawing The Dance Workshop – drawing workshop bringing dancers and artists closer together. A total of 6 to 7 workshops are held every year with a culminating ART SHOW in December where artworks displayed that were created in the workshop during the year.
NY Artists Network – a networking event for all creatives to come together and share, collaborate and have a conversation.
Dance Photography Workshop – Bringing together and creating art with dancers/choreographers and photographers.
StylePointe – Fashion and Dance hybrid event in September during New York Fashion Week since 2015 until 2021.
‘Dancing Art’ – a project curated and produced during the Pandemic in 2020.
NEW PROJECT IN SPRING 2023: “OUR BODIES – A PROTEST IN DANCE”
Sangeeta is a dance curator at Dixon Place located at 161A Chrystie Street, NY 10002, since 2016. She curates the following:
- Fast Forward – for longer choreographs of 25 – 35 minutes (8 shows a year)
- 8 In Show – for shorter choreographs of 5 to 12 minutes (4 shows a year)
- HOT Dance – One night dance event during Annual HOT Festival (July/August) in Dixon Place.
- 30-30-30 – A year-end Dance Benefit for Dixon Place Theater on Dec 30th since 2016 till date.
- Dance Festival “Dance Bloc NYC” since 2021 till date.
